Assistant Professor of Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry and Physics (http://webapps.coastal.edu/chemphys/) at Coastal Carolina University (CCU) invites applications for tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level beginning Fall 2013.

We are seeking proficient teacher/scholars who are committed to undergraduate teaching and can develop a vibrant undergraduate research program in the area of analytical or bioanalytical chemistry.? The position will require the successful candidates to teach various lower-level chemistry courses as well as upper-level courses in Analytical Chemistry and/or Biochemistry.? Successful candidates must have earned a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Bioanalytical Chemistry or a closely related field.
